Carencro Catholic School aligns its curriculum with the Louisiana Academic Standards and the mission of the school. Sixth through eighth-grade curriculum includes the following subject areas: Religion, English, Reading, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Physical Education. In addition, students attend weekly art and library classes.
Eighth-grade students meeting the requirements are offered Algebra I, allowing them to earn high school credit.
Middle school students are provided with an engaging curriculum as well as opportunities to participate in clubs such as Jr. Beta, Math & Science Club, and 4-H. Eighth-grade students are able to develop leadership skills as they participate in Campus Ministry and Service Projects in the community.
