Carencro Catholic School offers a student life rich in variety and level of experience. Our religious curriculum seeks to instill an appreciation of God's gifts in our students through activities in addition to classroom study. We are to go out into the world and share those gifts.
Research indicates that the most successful students are those involved in extracurricular activities. From participation in school athletics and clubs to involvement as a member of our Campus Ministry, students have the opportunity for individual growth. Students leave Carencro Catholic School with a wealth of experience providing a sound basis for involvement in high school.
CAMPUS MINISTRY
The Ministry mission at Carencro Catholic School is to bring our children to a greater awareness of God’'s presence in their daily lives and to provide opportunities to experience and foster a relationship with Jesus. We strive to instill a desire to love and serve all people, just as Jesus did, through liturgies, prayer services, retreats, devotions and ministry projects both on and off campus.

A national enrichment and competition program, MATHCOUNTS promotes middle school mathematics achievement through school, district, state and national competitions. All CCS junior high students practice MATHCOUNTS problems daily by working problems of the day and weekly problem sets. The team competes at the local and regional level, often qualifying for the state MATHCOUNTS competition.

All members must maintain a 3.0 GPA during the school year. The Beta Club goals are to promote academic excellence and assist the community and school through service projects.
